Job Description

Supervising overall cleanliness of all foodscapes go downs.
Picking detergents from central store and ensuring that they are properly stored under lock and Key in the chemical store.
Ensuring that hygiene work timetable is properly followed by hygiene team members and reporting absenteeism to the hygiene manager.
Regulate chemical consumption by ensuring proper mixing ratios as per the cleaning SOP.
Give feedback as and to when required to the hygiene manager when consumption rates or staffing resource does not meet the standard.
Report any safety incidence within the department.
Distribute toiletries and detergents to all go downs and keep record of daily consumption.
Perform any other duty delegated to him by the hygiene manager.
