Senior Administrative Associate (Maternity Reliever)
Reporting to : Head of Finance & Admin
Contract Type : 6 months Fixed term contract
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Airtime Allowance top up to staff
Field visit allowance
Intercity travel
Out of pocket expenses
Merchandise procurement
Procurement of all office assets and office consumables
Procurement of lab consumables
Petty cash management and reconciliation,
Travel arrangement, this includes; per diem, transport and accommodationRequirements:
Degree in Business Administration
At least two years of work experience in a similar role
Proficient in using computer applications, software and Google Workspace

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
