Job Description

Identifying, assessing, and measuring risks across all processes
Identifying, assessing, and measuring risks for key business projects
Liaison with key stakeholders to identify unusual, unlikely, and emerging Risks.
Reporting on risks across all processes
Helping develop processes and SOPs to better mitigate business-specific risk.
Monitoring important and critical risk issues i.e., top risks for the business
Conducting compliance assessments across the business including collecting data to refine risk identification and measurement.
Liaison with stakeholders, ensuring risk awareness and culture is built in the business.
Follow up to ensure outstanding audits issues are closed.
Maintenance of an up-to-date risk register
Ensure Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) are developed and related activities are carried out
Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in a business course
Professional Training in Enterprise Risk Management
At least 5 years’ experience in internal auditing or risk management or 3 years in a professional services firm
