Assist the SPD Manager with project planning and also offer suggestions on project execution.
Track projects by keeping the project calendar up to date.
Track project budgets and project expenditures.
Create and update workflows.
Schedule project meetings, organize venues and record decisions such as assigned tasks and next steps.
Carry out active project research and collect necessary information required to start projects this is to include but not limited to statistical data, market trends, legislative data.
Verify data and information and analyse it to suit the direction of the project.
Prepare and distribute project materials to the SPD Manager and internal teams as required.
Manage documentation and reports for projects.
