Job Description

Liaising with the central stores and user departments to ensure timely requisition of goods and services
Help conduct regular and extensive market research
Assist in sourcing and evaluating quotations
Assist in generating, PRs, LPOs and dispatching to suppliers
Expedite orders and ensuring timely delivery
Any other duty assigned

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Diploma /Degree in Purchasing and supplies management
Knowledge of procurement processes
policies and procedures
Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
Good time management and organizational skills
