Job Description

  • Managing calendar.
  • Organizing and booking travel appointments.
  • Drafting and preparing correspondence.
  • Attending meetings and drafting minutes.
  • Coordinating and managing supplies & stationeries.
  • Performing other administrative duties as may be directed.
Qualifications, experience and competencies required:
  • Relevant degree.
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity.
