Job Description

Representing the institution in community functions.
Oversee the provision of health education for prevention of diseases and promotion of health within the hospital and without.
Oversee and coordinate CSR /outreach activities targeted towards prevention and screening of various communicable and non-communicable diseases in the community.
Carry out research on various projects and medical and social issues that may arise in the community and advice management on areas that the hospital can partner with the community.
Partner with like-minded institutions to carry out outreach activities.
Partner with the marketing team to offer health education and promotion of health in the corporate wellness programs.
Implement and support quality management systems as per ISO standards in the entire CSR department.

Qualifications

Diploma in Business Administration, Community Development, Social Work or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
Good organizational skills
Ability to independently manage projects and deadlines
Ability to mobilize and lead teams towards a specific goal
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Enthusiasm and passion for our mission and social impact work
Served a similar position for a minimum period of three (3) years.
