Job Description

As a Content Creator for Social Media, you will be responsible for developing and curating engaging and creative content to promote our brand, products, and services across various social media platforms. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty through compelling visual and written content.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Produce high-quality, visually appealing, and written content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and infographics.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content strategy aligned with the brand's goals, target audience, and industry trends.
Content Calendar: Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and timely execution of campaigns.
Visual Branding: Ensure that all content is in line with the brand's visual identity, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable aesthetic.
Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience to build a sense of community around the brand.
Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of social media content using relevant tools. Make data-driven decisions to optimize content and improve engagement.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to incorporate them into the content strategy.
Collaboration: Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and other team members to create multimedia content.
Content Optimization: Implement SEO strategies to enhance the discoverability of social media content.
Compliance: Ensure that all content adheres to copyright, privacy, and other legal guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or a similar role.
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities.
Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends.
Attention to detail and a passion for staying current with social media trends.
