Job Description

A fast growing real estate Company is urgently looking for the above position.

Managing Accountant Team & their work in order to get results within deadlines.
Validate financials of Company and ensure timely and accurate reporting with insight for decision making in accordance with Company financial policies and procedures.
Managing Statutory Compliances, Reconciliations and handling meetings with KRA on tax matters.
Establish internal controls and workflow procedures to the best of the practice and with the view to mitigate any frauds, improve efficiency, introduce automation.
Manage and provide applicable clarifications of data provided to external auditors to obtain unqualified audit report.
Prepare budgets and reporting on variances.
Debtors management, Cashflow reporting and bank negotiations.

Qualifications/ Experience/Key Skills required

Degree in Accounting/Finance.
Qualified ACCA or CPA
7 years experience with minimum of 3 years’ experience in leadership position.
Work with the utmost integrity, tenacity, determination and assertiveness.
Highly motivated, go getter with excellent interpersonal skills;
Demonstrate an ability to handle volumes and multi task and achieve results;
Have an impeccable command of the English language both written and oral;
Manage to work independently without much supervision while maintaining excellent relationships with your clients
Team player.
