As a Business Development Manager at City Eye Hospital, you will play a crucial role in shaping our growth and expanding our presence in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, strengthen partnerships, and increase our brand recognition in the eye care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and build relationships with potential partners, stakeholders, and clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competition.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to assess and develop new service offerings.
• Oversee marketing and promotional activities to enhance the hospital's brand image.
• Lead a team of business development professionals and ensure they meet their targets.
• Support fundraising efforts for the CEH Foundation.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development and strategy, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
